About me

When I was a little girl, I used to pick flowers and put them in water to let them sit in the sun to make "perfume." I would climb trees, rocks, and swings to be as high as I could to look out and over my neighborhood. Growing up feeling free to be and do whatever it was my heart
felt a pull towards.

As I grew into a young woman, my mind, heart and soul were challenged with needing to fit in. To be part of....when I was rejected I fell into a deep depression. Like most concerned parents, mine took me to our family practitioner and the diagnosis was given and prescribed.
Depression with a side of antidepressants togo.

For over seventeen years I relied on a pharmaceutical to "help" me manage my emotions.

I used to think it was a bad thing to be sad. It was a wrong to be emotional.

I grew into what is known as adulthood and I was making decisions based on the lowest vibrations.
I didn't know this until I finally fell; hitting a bottom. Unable to process, not recognizing the girl in the mirror I made a huge decision...

I was going to find what I needed to heal myself.

Since then I have studied everything and anything I could that felt like a calling. The biggest call was Pranayama. "Prana" meaning life force and "Yama" meaning control and
(lovingly) discipline.

What began as trial is now a daily practice and need. Daily connection to my emotions and what they are telling me. Understanding the ties between them and deciphering what is real from the unreal.

I discovered my true Self. The true SELF I AM.

Lunar (Relaxation)

Solar (Activation)

Using focused breathing to activate positive states in your body can boost your immune system, release stagnant energy, increase stamina, and energize your mind, body, and soul. These techniques provide an internal workout, creating space within for positive change. Taking steps to improve your life, connecting with your body, and pushing through challenges leads to a sense of genuine self-empowerment that you can only truly understand by experiencing it yourself.

Freedom (Subconscious)

Using deep breathing for emotional freedom is a meaningful practice. Letting go of what no longer serves you helps uncover forgotten or overlooked parts of your soul. With an open heart and dedication, this practice can bring about a transformative experience, connecting you to your subconscious and creating space for true healing.

After nearly two decades of seeking healing through conventional means, I discovered the power of breath work, meditation, and ancient practices to unlock the inner stillness and self-love I had been searching for.

Through my own transformation in learning to quiet the inner critic, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with my higher power-I now guide others to do the same.
